Great customer service and very amicable staff. The speed of service to get me on my way when I picked up my vehicle was fast and easy and my rental was upgraded at no additional charge. There was an issue where I was charged an extra day but after calling the branch the representative immediately corrected my invoice and I already have the pending refund on my credit card account.

I rented a car through enterprise due to an accident. I signed two days worth of insurance and told the woman if i needed full coverage id reach back out after the 2 days. Welp she went ahead and continued to charge my card so i ended up canceling my entire credit card due to charges daily. Then i just received a letter that i owe 52.79. Mind you geico was paying for the rental and i was responsible for gas. I had that car for 1 week and got charged over 150.00. For gas!?! Enterprise is awful. The letter states i cant rent again until balance is paid. Please know id rather hand pick paint chips off a wall then rent from you again.

Needed to have the vehicles delivered to my home. Rental was easy to set up with the local office, and the service rep came out & delivered the vehicle as agreed. Professional experience from start to finish. Their staff, and vehicle availability and quality, is why I use them regularly.

Very friendly service and were very conscious of COVID-19 precautions for safety if customer and self. I love going back for my rentals.

I always use Enterprise for my car rental car needs.nAll I have to say is that they have a wonderful and very helpful staff.nRates are very convenient.nGreat rental car company.nRecommended.
