Pure Barre is a fabulous work out! I have seen so much change in my body and truly so quickly!! They make it easy to just show up and know I'll be getting a complete workout. The fact that I'm also able to do the workouts from home with COVID, is incredible. The owners and staff have been so accommodating and helpful!
Charged me $99/month while they were shut down during COVID! Signed up 3/15, they shut down 3/17 - Used one time, paid $300. I did not take any online classes as that is not the membership I signed up for. Did not return phone calls, still trying to charge me after canceling membership bc I didn’t cancel full month in advance yet received no proration when their doors were shut. Beware, they have made no effort to make this right. And still trying to collect an additional $200 on top of $300 already paid, really for 1 class? Do you really care about your customers?
Joined in March. Then they shut down and continued to charge my credit card even after I canceled. I didn’t want to pay $99 a month foe online classes. Beware do NOT join this club. I’m still fighting my charges
