Showed up on time, took down two chandeliers and replaced them. Were very professional and made sure 8 was happy with the length before installing the new one. They came highly recommended from our neighborhood group and I will definitely use them again!

This company did work at my aunts house and took forever, never showed up when they said they would. When they finally finished they were payed in full immediately with what they estimated and invoices.nTurns out months later my aunt received a lien from their supplier from materials not paid. All the materials were never paid from the beginning of the job when the overall job took 5 months, and progress payments were made!nHe claims he is a good “Christian” man that is b.s.! Very dishonest man, i would recommend people to stay away and be aware

12-11-18 Not sure how they managed 5 stars from the other lady (with no actual review).... My apartment complex called them last Sunday when a fire hazard presented itself. They followed up again with Cavalry on Monday who responded that they wouldn't be there till Friday , December 7th 2018. Friday came and they never showed. That fire hazard was dealt with by someone else because they failed to follow through. Today, the 11th, this kid and his girlfriend (a guess on her role) shows up at my apartment to deal with the other issue. I explained to him that was dealt with but the other issue in the kitchen was new but behaving the same way as the other problem. He unhooked the kitchen light, showed me burnt out wiring and states it needs replacing. He says he will call the manager of the apartments to find out what she wants to do. He goes down stairs to call and then returns upstairs long enough to tell me that management said the handyman would replace it and he left... wires exposed from the ceiling and he sets the old light and wires on the floor by my cats food and water and then leaves! I call management who didnt even know they were coming here much less ever spoke to the kid. So here I wait now at 354 pm while the handyman works me into his schedule so that I have a functioning light in my kitchen. So, five stars???? In their dreams!!!! I challenge the owners to step up and apologize to me AND Edgewood Apartments in Rogers for their lack of professionalism. As for their kid employee who showed up in his pick up truck with the camo insignia (Real Tree) in his rear window, his conduct and lies are beyond unacceptable! I intend to report this to many agencies including the BBB... if they're even a part of it. Regardless, not worth the aggravation at the very least. I'm so glad my entire day got wasted by this company where I had to cancel my appointments this afternoon to deal with this nonsense! Feel free to come see me. Bldg 2321 #6
