Brandon Parker was awesome. He came out after the first visit from Aaron Williams, who was also awesome! He was very professional, extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He knew everything about my system and was extremely qualified to explain each and every option available to me in order to fix it as much as possible or replace it. He never pressured me. He simply laid all of my options out for me. He explained them thoroughly and answered any and all questions I had. He spent a lot of time and patience with me, as well. Bless him for that. This man was very good and knowledgeable at his job, as well as kind. He took that extra time with me and went that extra mile. Great guy. Highly recommended. Make sure you keep him. Thank you.nJeannie GoingsnnRicky Carmichael is an exceptional service technician. I bought a new system recently that had issues. (It apparently liked to sing!) it was extremely annoying! I was clueless as to why. Ricky was able to trace the problem with the unit immediately and get it taken care of. He also noticed that my ultraviolet tube for air purifying was broken and not working and will be taking care of that as soon as they can get the bulb. He is very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I was extremely satisfied and would highly recommend him. Bud Anderson made a wise decision in hiring him.nI would also like to thank Ricky for helping me acknowledge Aaron Williams, who was also exceptional when the need to purchase my new system began. The following comments about Mr. Vega are as accurate today as they were when first I posted them. I request that Mr. Vega be assigned to conduct all the work details at/in my house. Polite, efficient, pleasant. I couldn't ask for a better representative from any company. This one is a KEEPER! Junior did a fantastic job. Pleasant, personable, thorough. Assign him to my account. A+ ++ Thank you, Dr. LendernChris was great. He was thorough, documented necessary aspects of his inspection, and provided excellent planning for taking care of needed repairs and maintenance. Again, Bud Anderson's company delivers quality individuals for service as well as quality service. Thank you, Chris. Dr. Lender Not wanting to repeat myself, I emphasize that Chris did a wonderful job and we are very pleased. My previous comments certainly apply to Chris for today's performance as a plumber repairing each item as needed. Dr. LendernJoe was a most helpful professional. I was impressed with his knowledge.

Ricky was courteous and a true professional! I especially like the fact that he is not a hard salesman just trying to make money on the customer. He is extremely knowledgeable but understands the value of money to the consumer. He did let me know that there are some things for me to keep in mind for future maintenance and now is a good time to start planning for that so that when the unit gets old enough and fails I will be ready to replace it. That was much more comfortable for me than having him try to sell me a unit right now that might get another five years or so! A+

We've always had good experiences with Bud Anderson Heating and Cooling since we moved to Arkansas about three years ago. This time, Jose came by for our regular semiannual check and this time found a leak in our system. He explained our options and we decided it was probably time to just replace the unit. He contacted Kelsey to arrange for someone to come out and do an analysis of our requirements for the new unit. She had Scott come out and, after doing all the calculations, he laid out our options for the new system. We made our selection and we were able to have the unit installed the very next day by Dan and Donald. After swapping out the units and installing a new thermostat, Dan explained how the new unit worked and said that if we ever have any problems with it, service is available 24/7. As always, we appreciate all the good work from the folks at Bud Anderson.nn***UPDATE***nnIt's now a year later and Dalton came by today for our semi-annual checkup of the system. He performed a thorough check and said everything was fine, as we anticipated. He even left some biscuits for our dog so now she's his friend for life. It turned out that he and I are both Air Force veterans so we speak the same language. Good guy, good job, good company. Thanks!nn9/22/20: Ricky performed the periodic checkup on our unit today. He arrived on time, kept us informed of what he was doing and replaced one part under warranty. He recommended a couple of additions to the system and those will be scheduled soon.
