My sister & I were looking for a place to do a proper bra fitting. We were pleasantly greeted by a Soma employee who taught us all about their new smart bra, Somainnofit™. Put on the measuring bra (which looks like a black sports bra) over your best-fitting bra & it will compute your bra size along with suggesting in-store bras to try. This hands off system was very easy to do & only took a few minutes. I will be bringing my daughter back for her bra fitting!
I've been using this store to get all my bras since it opened. They're great quality, have frequent good deals, and this location always has friendly and caring staff that will help you find what feels comfortable, makes you look good, and is within your budget (unlike the place across the street)
This is a wonderful store with knowledgeable staff. Best fitting bras of all shapes and styles.
Poor customer service. I purchased my bras with the intentions of being able to return them within a year with no problems (said the lady that sold me the bras). Well that's not the case. You have exactly 65 days from the D.O.P. My bras had tags on them, brand new with receipt. I was told I could get store credit but would only get half for what I paid for. No thank you. I guess I'll wear a bra that doesn't fit!
