Thanks qto the two wonderful ladies at the Rogers, Arkansas, Christopher and Banks store. Vance and Betty Ann have gone the extra mile for me several times but this one takes the cake. I was trying on a pair of capris with tops when Vance pulled a darling jean jacket off the rack and said, “This goes perfectly with that outfit.” It did but was too large. So she ordered a medium and had it sent to my house. It was too small. Dejectedly, I returned it to the store. Well, Vance said, “I can fix that,” and she got on line and ordered a petit large. It arrived at my house today. It fits beautifully and I am thrilled. Thanks, Vance and Betty Ann for going the extra mile.
