I went in tonight, and the employees that were working were so helpful!!!! I came in looking for a spefic kind of pajama set and one of the girls (I think her hair was red) was so helpful and. even helped me with price matching! They greeted me as soon as I walked in and told me to have a great night. Amazing customer service definitely will be shopping here. again
To the two young women working in this store today:nnIf you want to sell anything you first have to greet customers. Then you have to be on your feet, not sitting on the floor behind the register. Put away your phones and know that you can share your videos when no customers are present.nn“How can I help you” goes a long way. So does a smile. Even wearing a mask, a smile shows. And, you have to actually want to sell something.
-1 Walked in...No “hello, how can I help you” Both girls were stuck on their phone. Not once did they acknowledge that we were in there. So disappointing.
The prices are great and I love the employees! Favorite place to shop for clothes!
We love this store! The prices are great and my son loves the comfort level of their clothing. He prefers the jeans over Gap and Buckle. The quality is awesome also- we have a tough 8 year old and these clothes are always in great shape when he outgrows them. They are passed down and go through at least 3 more little guys in our family before being retired. They do always have a lot more to offer girls but alas, all stores do.
