I am so disappointed in the customer service at the Rogers store. I purchased a bracelet from this store, and they gave me the wrong one, so a few days later, I returned it, but they were out, so They ordered online and sent to my home, however, the bracelet was not in the box. So, I called them and basically I was told Sorry! Your problem. This is unacceptable. I am so disappointed in their customer service. I will be contacting corporate. This message was from Mary, the manager.
