The staff was very friendly despite being very busy. The customer service was excellent.
Absolutely LOVE the short tan little brunette girl who is always up for helping us shoppers out. She made my shopping experience wonderful by checking on us and picking out things she thought we might like. 5 stars.
Love this place! Sure they can be expensive but they can have a good amount of deals which is good! But just thier jeans are so comfortable and good quality so they last you a long time! And the people who work there help you to find the things that will make you feel good and happy!
Prices are pretty high but the clothes look great and are reasonably good quality. More for the missus but they've got plenty of stuff guys can wear. I guess my style is a bit more understated but I definitely appreciate the option, and the staff are very helpful has more of an inviting Vibe then Banana Republic in my opinion.
I came in for the first time in many years having had a rough past experience. But, it was a complete 180 compared to my last visit. The young man helping me was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic, even convinced me to sign up for AE rewards program (which I never do) they don't have many longs in the larger size jeans in store BUT it's so easy to order them and get them sent right to your front door. Definitely an American Eagle fan again!! Plus their jeans are so comfy.
