Went in at 715 and obviously the associates were done for today. We were greeted when we entered but never spoken to again until we had to ask the four associates, two unmasked, where to check out. They were all just standing in the front on their cell phones.
Employees weren't wearing masks and approaching patrons without their masks. Many many patrons were also without masks as well and no social distancing protocols were being enforced. Both my significant other and I have people in our families who are immune compromised and while there was a good selection of boots (the product were shopping for), it wasn't worth it to continue shopping when the safety of their customers isn't a priority.
Love the selection. Employees were nice. Could use a someone to help with sizing though
They had great service and helped me pick put the perfect pair boots.
Clean store, well organize, extremely pricey,but the staff was nice
