Usually always a pleasant experience. Staff has always been very friendly and helpful. Most the time I am in and out but there’s sometimes longer waits at checkouts. But they have always been super fast to open more lanes when that happens.

Robbie (Sr Tech) at the pharmacy is rude and her customer service is garbage. Tried to call Mike (the Manager) to file a complaint, but the automated phone system would not connect. I gave up after the 8th time trying to call. Terrible customer service all around in this situation. This was my first negative experience at the store and will be my last.

I tried to return an item just a few days after a bought it. I hadn't even taken the item out of the bag or touched the receipt since I bought it. However, the cashier couldn't read the number on the receipt so he wouldn't refund the money back to the card I paid with, but instead gave me an in-store gift card. That is not what I wanted, as the store's policy is that they you will refund the money back to the card you pay with. So just know that if their receipt printer doesn't have enough ink to print legible numbers, they won't be able to honor their own return policy.

Stephanie was very helpful! I originally had a prescription filled at Walgreens on Dixieland and they didn't have it in stock so they told me I should call New Hope location to check before I drove out there. I called New Hope and they didn't have it. So then I called Pleasant Grove and Stephanie was nice enough to check which locations had it in stock FOR ME. It pleasantly surprised me as neither of the other locations offered to help. Now, thanks to Stephanie, my son has his prescription TONIGHT instead of 2 days from now. We are very grateful for her excellent customer service.

The store was out of stock of my medication. The manager looked it up and said another store had it. She said she would go get it! She did and I was able to pick it up later that day!!
