Deal with their parts department, great service, clean store, and good prices.
took a truck to get fixed and it got done faster than expected. Only issue I had was, I was given my truck keys and they started the wrong truck, fueled it up and realized it wasn't my truck. Took it back and asked what would happen with fuel that I paid for, they said they can't help me with that since I got the wrong truck. Well honestly my key shouldn't of start the truck or open another truck and well maybe if someone would of guided me to pick it up that wouldn't of happen.
Outstanding staff, manager AND service. Their techs are very knowledgeable, professionals, respectful and very nice to deal with. We were very happy with the results on our truck and how they went through all the options to get it fixed. A++
I bought a 2019 LT625 from Rod in Russellville and the entire experience was 5 stars. I would recommend anyone in the market for a new ride to reach out to Rod.nnI also found the staff to be friendly and willing to assist. I’ve yet to use their shop, and I hope that I don’t get to know them very well. Ha! I should say I hope that my truck doesn’t give me trouble often.
