Friendly people work there got my truck for apu service in right away when they said they were going to. Mike was very professional and polite over the ph and so was the other service writer when I showed up didn't get her name though. Tommy the tech who worked on my apu was fast but efficient and really did a great job. Would definitely recommend this to anyone needing service.
Mike in the office is great guy, top notch work. And great customer service. This is the only place the company i work for uses for repair.
Bad review!!! I was there to fix a belt on my apu unit and they wanted to charge me $600 for a 10 min job and $28 part... shame!!
Had my alternator on my apu replaced and 5 hours later the thing is overchargingn. Called them and talked to the after hours service guy and he had me meet him back down there. When I got there he informed me I would have to pay a after hours service charge. See the warranty is only good for normal business hours. As a independent contractor this really hits my bottom line. I will now have to idle my truck and burn extre fuel until I get the truck home. Seems like a wasted 700.00 dollars.
I am extremely pleased with the level of service provided and the professional atmosphere of this facility. They did an analysis of my apu and gave me an estimate on repairs. They had all parts on hand and the work was completed in a timely fashion. I would not only recommend them I will use them anytime I need work done and can get to them. They told me what I needed done but also other potential issues and the cost to alleviate that problem
