Car Clinic has been my families go to repair facility for years! I trust their knowledge and experience. When we first started going here our vehicles were not in great shape, there was a lot of work that needed to be done, they itemized everything that needed to be done first to last and how long we could wait on the bigger jobs! Now that we've continued to take our vehicle there we can plan and prepare ahead of time for jobs and we know what is going on with our vehicles. I will always suggest Bambi, Neil and their amazing team.

These people are great!! I haven't been to a shop that I felt taken care of in a long time. I always felt anxious to go to a repair place because I don't know a whole lot about cars and I felt like that was getting taken advantage of, here I feel at ease because the girls on the front help me understand what is goin' on with my car. I recommended to my whole friend group that they take their cars here as well and they all love it.

First of all I have taken my vehicle there, it seems like when Car Clinic reply’s they say oh you haven’t been here we don’t show your name. That’s an easy answer seen very commonly from somewhere that supplied you a service. Do not take your vehicle there if you don’t want more problems and your diagnostics being read back to you from someone who knows zero about it. For what they charge you should go straightaway to the dealership who knows what they are talking about and will stand behind their work. I will never recommend them and wouldn’t send my worst enemy there. So Bambi don’t say the usual don’t know who you are. Why would I take the time to write this if I’ve never used them. I will definitely be taking my vehicle to the dealership in Tulsa and I don’t care to pay more. People don’t waste your time on this place.

Can't recommend the team at NWA Car Clinic enough. I'm a transplant to Arkansas for school with no family in the area, and was worried about finding a mechanic I trusted, especially as a woman. This business was recommended to me by a friend. I called for an (admittedly last minute) appointment before a roadtrip, and got in very quickly. Not only are the receptionists super kind and personable, but when there was a minor miscommunication with a new employee the owner was nice enough to get my car ready and *delivered it to my home with no extra charge* on the clinic's day off! And the following day, (also a day off) I received a check-in text. I would 100% recommend this business, just incredible service all around. Big thanks to Neil, Harley, and Bambi! Thanks for alleviating some of my moving anxiety :)

I called for an alignment after my son ran into the ditch, they were able to do it the same day. They are always professional and make sure your car is safe to drive. Thank Crozier family and crew.
