The owner is one of the most classy and nice people I've ever met. Shows that he cares deeply about your vehicle, and wants to solve the problems you bring to him just so you can stop stressing about it. Takes the time to explain everything and makes sure you understand completely what's going on. His pricing is more than fair. As long as this place is open, they will be getting my family's business on all of our vehicles.
A little over a month ago I had them completely check out my car as I was expecting to make two very long road trips, I asked them to fix everything that needed it. They gave my car back after a couple minor inexpensive repairs. A couple weeks ago I began having issues with a very loud sound coming from my rear brakes. I took my car back in and they replaced the rear brakes and rotors free of charge and stated if it hadn't been missed the first time around the problem would not have gotten to that point. I have always had wonderful experiences with Total Automotive and today they definitely made me a customer for life. Honest, hard working, friendly, and reliable. Thank you Total Automotive!!!
These guys are top notch when it comes to automive repair from small things to major.

They know maintenance and only charge for the time they work on your vehicle. Other shops go by a book and charge what book says even if didn't take as long. Very helpful to the customer and polite.
