Its not often I give five start reviews but this is one of those places that deserves 10 Stars. Absolutely the best service from our first encounter, through delivery and service to get us on the road. Everyone went out of their way to make sure we were ready for our new camper. Charles to Danny and everyone in service who make this more than a place to buy a camper, it will be the only place I consider for my next purchase. From new or used, the sales team will make sure your needs are met and will point out the features you need given your requirements. Our salesman was Chuck, he spent hours with us teaching us the features, show us the good and the challenges faced without having certain features. Everyone worked with us to make sure my truck was set up to properly tow this larger fifth wheel trailer. The service team went out of their way to make sure when we pulled off the lot we had everything taken care of to make our first trip a huge success!

The staff is wonderful and so helpful. We love our new travel trailer. Thanks to the sales team but a big THANKS to John for going over everything and making sure we had the right parts for hookup.

I can’t say enough good things about the wonderful staff at McGaugh! I recently had to take my RV in for a minor issue to an important part of my RV and I couldn’t be more pleased. I of course, was in a big panic because we have reservations for 2 weeks on the lake and I was nervous the RV wouldn’t be ready. We dropped it off after hours last week and it is ready for pickup. The super professional ladies at the service desk promised to work us in and they certainly exceeded my expectations. From the owner, the sales team, and the parts and service team......you will not find a better RV dealership!!! These are crazy and very stressful times in the world and I really appreciate you making this a very pleasant experience! Thank you!!!
