We have takin a photo at Iron Horse every year for any dances. When we are there we buy at least 6 -10 cofee's. My daughters Homecoming was canceled due to Covid but they wanted to dress up and get the traditional photo on the steps. Tonight we went downtown Rogers just for the photo. It was 6:30. They do close at 7:00. While ordering the 7 coffees the kids were going to take a photo on the steps. The lady rudely said the upstairs is closed. I said oh well they are just gonna take a photo on the steps. She said the upstairs is closed. I said they cant even just take a photo on the steps? She said well they can take photos at the dance. I just couldnt believe it. We canceled our order and left. I couldnt believe how we were treated. My family and there friends will never return if thats how they treat paying customers.
