Hi Tea - Bubble/Boba Tea Cafe

All the teas I've ordered at Hi Tea were delicious. This is a new favorite drink spot for our family! Service is quick and friendly. Selection is large and diverse. Can't be beat!

This place is so awesome! Their staff is super friendly and knowledgeable about their tea bases and the manager is really nice too. If you've never tried Boba before in your life, this is definitely the place to do so.

Emily served us, and I was beyond impressed! She was so sweet and made my coffee PERFECT! She needs a raise!!! I have managed a chick fil a before and it’s hard to find people who are hard workers, good at their job, and have really good “people skills” I told her the last time (and first) that I went there, my coffee beverage was really overly sweet, she said, “no worries!” And made my coffee soooo beyond perfect! Best service from her!!!

Me along with 4 other friends/relatives went to 3 boba tea cafe in NWA and this place is ranked second. The best one is Leaf Tea House in Fayetteville. They didn't have regular boba and they replaced it with popping boba. Regular boba is way better than popping boba or jelly. The value of money is less here coz for the same bucks the cup size is small here compared to the Leaf Tea House.
