Amigos Tax and Multiservices

This place don't deserve 5 starts, specially for all the stress and inconveniences that my family and I have gone through due to their lack of professionalism, they charge a very high amount you would expect a very high quality service but that's obviously not their priority. we trusted in their word and i regret coming to this place very much, up to this day we have no idea what happened to our stimulus check the government sent for Covid-19 because when we filed our taxes they told us everything was fine and our money was coming to our account well, no money to our account just paper checks that were very hard to cash, took us about two more weeks to get our money from the checks, we moved to a different state that's why it was so important for us to have the money sent to our account because of the address changed, they failed to give the IRS our correct bank information (we provided to them correctly) now we have no idea where our check is, all that for $350 dollars , yikes!! my husband and i decided to finally just cut the strings and not keep trying to get help from them cause they are helpless, be careful who you trust with your money people.nnEste lugar no merece 5 estrellas especialmente por todo el estrés y los inconvenientes que mi familia y yo hemos sufrido debido a su falta de profesionalismo, cobran una cantidad muy alta que esperarías por un servicio de muy alta calidad, pero eso No es su prioridad. confiamos en su palabra y lamento mucho haber venido a este lugar, hasta el día de hoy no tenemos idea de lo que sucedió con nuestro cheque de estímulo que el gobierno envió para Covid-19 porque cuando presentamos nuestros impuestos nos dijeron que todo estaba bien y el dinero venía bien a nuestra cuenta, el dinero nunca llegó ala cuenta, solo cheques en papel que eran muy difíciles de cobrar, nos tomó alrededor de dos semanas más obtener nuestro dinero de los cheques, Nosotros nos mudamos ah otro estado, por eso era importante que todo llegara directo ala cuenta por el cambio de dirección, ellos no le dieron al IRS nuestra información bancaria correcta (nosotros se la proporcionamos correctamente) ahora no tenemos idea de dónde está nuestro cheque, todo eso por $350 dólares, ¡ay! mi esposo y yo decidimos finalmente cortar los hilos y no seguir tratando de obtener ayuda de ellos porque es inútil, ten cuidado en quién confías tu dinero.

Extremely impressed! They were so fast, helpful, the staff was very knowledgeable, they treated you like a person not just like another check like many others do, they are the best!!

The staff is always polite and courteous, quick and easy tax office, excellent customer service, this office is very efficient.

Processing an ITIN here 3 months ago and what came to me was a letter from the IRS denying it, I made the tax here and the price for their services is excessive
