Get experience with staff!!! Thank you for a great time today

If I could do a zero i would. Took my daughter shopping down there today they charged it on my card then proceeded to tell me it says on their end it didn't go through. I checked my account it took out of my account I showed them they refused to let me leave with stuff I already paid for the had me waiting over a half an hour while they talked on the phone then I was told it wasn't going to be taken out of my account the pending would just disappear in a few days my account was charged in full at end of day not pending money taken after they made me pay for it again this time I used cash so thatnthey could steal more money from me yes I paid it again so I could take the clothes for my daughters but that ridiculous...interesting way of stealing people's money thats for sure now get to go down there tomorrow and see if they will actually give me my money back

This is one of my favorites places to shop for pants as a plus size woman. The only downfall is the tops in plus size can be a hit or miss as they really don't cater to the different shapes of plus size women. The staff however is always nice and helpful.

Matt was very nice at register! The younger short haired blonde left a lot to be desired. When asked to open room she just left behind counter and said this way... when asked if she could help get me another size, she acted if I interrupted her favorite show. No one helped me while I was shopping on the floor despite 3 employees behind counter. I had my hands overflowing and that is the only reason why I stopped shopping. Definitely a good place to find bargains. Quality is not great but with prices like that you really can't complain!
