Good place very helpful, but nothing for women that had mastectomy

I recently had shoulder surgery and needed a good fitting bra that didn’t put strain on it. I explained to one of the employees what I was looking for, and that I’d like to be measured for an appropriate fit. She proceeded to grab a bra off a rack and show me the size table on the back of the tag and explained to me that I could figure out the sizing there. She quickly walked away and greeted the next customer. Pretty disappointing! Poor customer service.

I've always had a positive experience here. For the quality, comfort, and customer service, I much prefer this lingerie store to others such as the big VS. The prices aren't bad either, as they always have sales going on. Every time I have come in, the staff have been so friendly and helpful, especially the middle aged associate Terry? Tracey? I'll have to get her name next time I visit :)

This place and the employees are amazing! For 4 years I believed I was 2 cups smaller because VS told me so. The employees helped me and my friends out and stuck with us until the end. Glad I walked in and walked out with 4 new bras.
