Torrid

I like this new store. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Found several new pieces for the holidays. Highly recommend.

As always a great experience. The selection is great, the employees are helpful with out being overbearing or obnoxious, and the prices are reasonable and matchbthe quality of the item. The store was clean and hand sanitizer was readily available. I would post pictures of what I bought but the items in question are for my husband's eyes lol.

Already replied.nNew clerk at registered as one person standing at the door (possibly mgmt or lead) with 4 people before me (I waited 10 mins at this time) and 2 behind me and I saw 1 other clerk near the dressing room.nMaybe the newer gal could be at the dressing room and swap cashier and door clerk positions to clear the 7 people.

Hello, my name is Bethanie. However I go by B. I went to the closest Torrid to where I live which happens to be the torrid in Columbia outlets in Troutdale, Oregon. I have never once in my life been to a torrid but knew I had to go there. I went in and was very scared because I’ve never had a great experience with shopping for clothes. I’ve always gotten judgmental looks, and opinions from others about my size and what I should and shouldn’t wear.nWell, the lady who helped me - Caitlin, was so very friendly from the start and immediately knew my style. The color schemes, and just by a few words and a glance at what I had in my hands she asked if she could start up a room for me. I said yes of course, to which she asked if she could possibly throw in some things I might like. I agreed so happily.nShe put together an entire wardrobe of clothes for me to try on! It was amazing. I felt so comfortable, so welcomed. It’s the best and only amazing experience I had when shopping for clothes. She never once judged me for what I picked out, and never shamed me for my size. I honestly can’t think of a better time shopping. So, with all this I just wanted to say how wonderful she was, and that she made this entire experience magical.nThank you.nB.
