Just got it today and used the kiosk, a woman called through the kiosk (I needed assistance) and patiently walked me through it! It was very helpful and easy especially since I never had a storage unit before or messed with them. I did have to get my own lock because the kiosk didn't give me one but she assured me I could and I was totally ok with that! Rather lose my own keys than someone else's. But I opened the door and the place was spotless and the door was easy to open. Wish they would fix a few potholes though. Hard to put in my code with a hump right there but I still like it!
Had a unit here for a year and had no problems until the current owners took over about three months ago or so. In the last three months we had a severe mouse problem. They got all in our things and destroyed about a quarter of the stuff we had in the unit. Called to let the owners know and told them I would meet them there to show them the problem and ask them to take care of it. Didn't ask them to replace or pay for anything and was told it wasn't their problem. The lady my wife talked to was very rude and short with her. If you have a unit here I recommend you check your things. And if you plan to use this facility I would not recommend it at all!!!!!
