This place is incredible. I’m a regular here and I’ve been going here for years. The management is always on their game. Crew is super friendly. There’s always someone different at the counter and tonight they were especially nice! It was busy and they were very apologetic. They were dealing with an issue with a very hateful customer and they were stressed, but remained calm. I could never handle something like that. Amazing staff. Amazing food. Amazing team. Only complaint is location, always have to park in parking lot. But that’s not their fault. Thanks little Caesars!

Employees were good. It's just annoying that they don't keep cheese pizza as a hot n ready, or anything except pepperoni for that matter.

The pizza is always good. My review has nothing to do with the food, but the staff. Tonight was the latest in a series of bad customer service experiences. We called and called and called this evening to make a custom order. No answer. We finally just drove over to double check if they were even open. There were 3 people in the lobby. We listened to the phone ring off and on for 25+ minutes.nnMy husband said something and they were both rude and dismissive saying they were too busy to answer it. I don't want to sound like a Karen f but they should not have been THAT overwhelmed that they completely ignored the phone for that long. Unfortunately, this is becomming the norm more often. No longer am I able to call in a pizza and pick it up quickly. They expect everyone to use the app while they ignore the phone and get defensive and rude.nnI'm hoping their management can speak to them and it can get back to being the awesome place it always has been.
