Coastal is great for all your pet needs. Haven't been in the place at a time they weren't busy. This does usually mean all store associates are busy as well. Be prepared to wait in the check out line to ask for help. Staff is super nice and knowledgeable though!!!

I’d like to give Cordell an employee at the Gresham location a 5 star review, if I could give a 10 start I would. My wife and I called in the purchase a wood fire place, and Cordell suggested we waited tell Saturday because they were having a 10% off on their fireplaces. He saved us over $500. Thank you Cordell! Your customer service was top notch!

P-Dungo is an invaluable asset to Sports Basement and the Bay Area community. Both of my fits with him have been an interactive process, with him asking a ton of questions as he made adjustments to make sure it was absolutely perfect. He doesn't settle for mediocre results either- Pedro insists on set follow ups after your body has time to improve and adjust.

The store is nice and clean. They sale name brand & good quality items at the right kind of prices.

Not sure if you guys know your customer base, but they don't dye their hair fire engine red. Probably a good idea not to hire people who dont represent your customers at all.
