Had a really frustrating hour. Some context: A couple months ago, this Walgreens lived up to its 2 star rating by not filling the prescription I requested. They simply didn’t make the right faxes/calls and I ended up having to do it myself. As a result, I was a week late on my birth control schedule and suffered intense endometriosis pains that month. Naturally, this left me rather annoyed.nnFast forward to 8 days ago. To head off any incompetence, I refill my prescription a week and a half away from running out. They told me they placed the order, and I made a mental note to double-check the status of the prescription at a later time.nnToday: I called and discovered that my prescription wasn’t refilled. I spoke to someone who informed me that my script was cancelled. Walgreens has my number, my email, and my personal home address. I’m even signed up for Rx text alerts. I was not informed of this issue, nor do I believe they had any intention of doing so.nnSide note — imagine if this prescription wasn’t birth control and instead was meant for something far more serious and necessary to someone’s well being. I didn’t sign up for alerts just for the spam. Those alerts are very important for a reason.nnAnyway, frustrated and worried I’d have to suffer my monthly pains again, I called my doctor’s office to learn that my prescription was not cancelled. In fact, they had only JUST gotten the refill notice. Given this Walgreen’s 2 star rating and my previous experience, I’m inclined to believe my doctor’s office.nnAfter this last prescription, I’ll not be coming back to this Walgreens. No one appears to know what they’re doing, there’s no communication, and I’m not going to continue to do the pharmacist’s job for free.nnTl;dr: This place sucks. Go somewhere else for meds.

This is the worst experience I have ever had in a pharmacy. Absolute joke. Spent 4 hours of my day to find out 1. They didn't have my medicine on hand. 2. They said that took my insurance come to find out they didn't. 3. Then tried to charge me full price for a medication even the Px they didn't have

I’ve had a good experience at this Walgreens besides one of the employees that works in pharmacy. Every time I have encountered this women there is always an issue with getting my prescription. I have no issues picking up my refill (which is on auto refill) every other time but when I went there last that same employee I always have issues with said “there wasn’t anything there for me”. I wasn’t really sure what was going on but I asked her if she could process the refill again. She then told me to come back in 20 minutes and my prescription would be ready. I then left and came back to the pharmacy around 25 minutes or so after. The same women was still working the drive thru and when I came back to pick it up. She told me that she “doubted it would be ready, but she would look”. I didn’t really understand why it wouldn’t be ready when she told me to come back in 20 minutes. She then informed me that they didn’t even have my prescription in and they would be out for a few days. This employee customer service skills are seriously lacking. She was rude the entire time and she is seriously SO SLOW... she seriously needs to get out of that job because it’s pretty easy to tell she hates her life there.

The pharmacy seriously needs more staff. I used to get my prescriptions at another one at another location and they were great barley any wait on prescriptions! But this place takes over 7hours to fill one simple prescription. And I show up still another hour wait after my doctor faxed it in. I would recommend to not fill prescriptions here and go to rite aid across the street.

Had a tremendously disappointing experience with Chris A. , the assistant manager. He was so unprofessional that I left the store in a state of shock. However, a brief conversation with Matt, the store manager, addressed my concerns and preserved their reputation in my eyes. If you can avoid dealing with Chris A. you should, but don't let that stop you from shopping here altogether.
