This is the place I always buy my boots and hats. Always good servicenThis hat was my last purchase here!., well and a pair of boots but I got no picture. But really nice LOS ALTOS BOOTS.

I came inside the store they were out of stock on the type of boots I was interested in. One of The staff told me she would place a special order and the boots would ship just in time for an event the following week. When I came to pick up the boots they were brown instead of black. Which I had been very specific about the color. The manager was very rude started arguing about it’s not that noticeable the jeans will cover the upper boot area. They need to work better On satisfying the customer and being more friendly instead of arguing and raising their voice. Also when placing an order confirming the color to avoid these type of issues.If we were paying $100 for a boot then maybe the color wouldn’t really matter but when it’s a $400 boot I expect to pay for the exact color that I ordered. They refunded us the down payment but I would not recommend this place to anyone after that sour experience with the manager.

Cowboy Boots/Vaquero Botas. Good boots are surprisingly hard to find in this area. All I found was cheap junk at Boot Barn and Wilco. I ordered a nice looking pair of $200 Stetson boots on Amazon. I put them back in the box for return in about 5 minutes. Enter El Vaquero Elegante. I found amazingly unique boots there. $350 for handmade Cuadra boots in a 7.5 EE. They have so many to choose from. Well built double layers of leather on the pipe, triple layers in the middle, and ostrich in the front. This store was the best find ever!
