Target

The lack of customer service is offensive. They have their online order system, takes 3-4 hours to grab something off the shelf and click a button. Then they wait until it's out of stock and you're screwed out of the item that you bought online. If you call and ask they act all super busy. Like get it together Target.

Luis in electronics was exceptionally helpful. Helped me select some bluetooth earbuds and showed me how to connect them to my phone . Was very knowledgeable and professional. It's nice to receive service like that where service level overall has decreased in this country. Congratulations to Target for recognizing such an excellent employee.

I find that Target always has good prices and the customer service is top notch. They help whenever needed and make sure you have what you need or they will help you find it.

I found great prices for the items I was looking. quick and easy to check out. Staff is Nice.

Nice, clean, and quiet Target. Only downside is it’s a bit smaller than other locations so it often lacks selection.
