The place is old but is a classical place in the city, I recommend it for many things. In the basement you can find cyber cafe and there is many stores to buy backpacks, boots, shoes and a little barber shop. In the first floor you can find jewlery stores and some CD rentals. The floors up to third isn't accesible for public because does not have access to it
