The place where one of the best rums in the world is made. Legend has it that because this distillery is located on a farm near the Caribbean Sea, it has a particular microclimate, with high relative humidity and high temperatures during the day, so aging is more intense. In fact, it is said that a good 3 to 4 year old Carúpano Rum is equivalent to a good 12 year old Scotch whiskey.
