Cashless ATMs, long lines to request a balance

My experience in this agency is other than unpleasant, yesterday my account was blocked for fraud verified in my business account, previously I had lost my identity card with my business card. So because of this suspicion of fraud, they eliminated my account and I had to affiliate it again, I go to this agency with my Venezuelan passport to request a business debit card just to activate my account again, and it turns out that for them the Venezuelan passport is not a valid document to even make a procedure to activate my account again; things that you Banesco blocked me. I am extremely disappointed in the service provided to me in this agency, and it is very true that low demand banks are in charge of attending very well and in a personalized way to entrepreneurs and that way they earn their loyalty; As for my Banesco, the only thing that serves is because everyone has it, but the service of its staff is pity. I do not recommend it at all. I wanted to not return.
