I share some opinions of other people although to compare with other terminals such as San Cristóbal, or Valera or even Barquisimeto which are more important cities than San Fernando, because I give a 3. It does not have an information panel of the departures or arrivals of the buses but people can give you good information (without abusing your confidence or your ignorance of the place). There are no connections to charge the cell phone and there are many independent workers, much less cyber or internet connections. It has exits for the capital, several main states of the west and only the cross port in the east of the country. Very few banks to be on hold. Bathrooms are scarce and some people abuse to urinate in the vicinity.
