Messrs. Bancrecer I am writing to tell you my concern that the customer service (OPERATOR) does not work at night or on weekends. Since I was in Pto. Cabello I went to pay for the hotel with the card and there was no way to do it. Of course there was no way to communicate with you since I was SATURDAY and I was having that bad time because of you. When will they activate that service ?????? When are they going to become UNIVERSAL BANK ??????? When will they provide a good SERVICE ??????? Why do you put LIMITS ON MY MONEY (PAY OR REMOVE FROM THE AGENCY) ?????? I would appreciate an ANSWER or I would simply have to CANCEL MY ACCOUNT. Best regards Immanuel de Sousa
