In this building it houses everything related to courts ... There are almost always a large number of people in the surroundings. It is located in the center of the city near the emblematic Bolívar square ... It does not have a parking lot and sometimes it is a place of political gatherings.

Like all public services in the country, the facilities do not work. When I went to register my university degree everything was an odyssey, the payment systems were not working, the elevators do not work, there are no restrooms, there is no access for people with disabilities. The treatment of the people who work in the area is very bad, apart the day I came there was no power supply in the area. Nothing good.
