Banesco

I am not particularly complaining about Banesco as a company, but about the treatment of some of the staff who serve customers, especially older people, they do not like to give information and they leave you with the word in your mouth and there are others who serve you with a hateful face and they answer you with a lot of anger, I am usually educated and always with a smile, I know that it is not easy to work with the public since I work with the public and I know how difficult it is, but I always attended them with education and a smile and that for help you don't know how much, so I respectfully suggest that you change the way you serve customers, please have a good afternoon 😘
