There was no money in the atm and then it reported a failure. It took money from my account including fees, but no money was given. Should get 0 stars.

I’ve withdrawn money without problems but 4 of my friends failed to do so. ATM is lagging and telling us that transactions were failing. You need to pay 22k VND per transaction. Maximum limit is 3M VND

We can't withdraw money with our Mastercards as ATM is unable to process transaction. Only one card of four worked and we have no idea why as we have this same cards. Not so many ATMs in the city and doesn't work

Excellent place to get money in Catba island

Tried 4 cards, all transactions failed. And it's the only ATM on the island. Thankfully, many places take credit but charge a 3% fee. But you need call for the market.
