This is a typical communist-style airport. Rude employees! Tan Son Nhat is much better.

Straightforward and easy to navigate. 45 minutes from the city with zero traffic. Lovely lounge options available on the second floor. Security easy and chill. Of course at this time only domestic flights available. Don’t fly VietJet. Vietnam Airlines should be your go-to; pay the extra bit, it’s worth actually arriving to your destination on time.

Nice straightforward airport. Useful notes ...n- it's not possible to walk between the domestic and international terminals. However, there is a free shuttle bus.n- if you are waiting for a Grab at domestic, you need you be on the furthest set of pavements ... and you need to be patient as the pickup traffic is usually choked up.

It is the international airport in Hanoi.nThough it is not big in size, it caters a lot the visitors round the year.nIt is clean everywhere all the time. And the staff is highly cooperative and helpful.nFor any problem at the Airport, one can ask the staff they will assist certainly.nIn addition, there are snacks points and cafes there. One can have quick bite there.nMoreover, there are elevators for the assistance of elder and physically challenged people.
