I had to change my rating of this place, I asked for a bus ticket to Ha Long, they sold me a ticket to Ha Dong in Hanoi 170km away, they rushed me with the driver so I didnt have time to check anything. By the time I got to Hanoi and now that the whole bus was talking about the mixup, the staff decided to drop me off in the middle of nowhere in Hanoi with my bike. I was harrassed by xe om, I have 2000$ carbon fiber bike I'm not getting on a motorbike with my 7kg bike on the side in Hanoi traffic. Course correction and 5 hours after I was supposed to get there and 100$ taxi arrived in Ha Long... make sure your going right place dont trust them to understand what your saying.

Most of bus to Ha Noi from Hai Phong city.nBad smelly Toilet

All busses to for example Tam Coc, Ninh Binh, Hanoi, Hue, Da Nang. But stinky smelly toilets.
