My fiance and I bought a scooter off Candy in February and it's still going strong. They included a 5 month warranty and first 2 oil changes (with filter) for free and to buy it back off me when I left.nnCandy actually helps a lot with everything. She is always really responsive and helpful. On our first oil change, they said it might take a couple of hours and even offered to give us their bike to use while we wait. But instead we opted to have it delivered back to us at our place as we had errands to run and didn't want to keep their bike from them.nnWhenever you're in Dong Hoi, always go see Candy for anything bike or accommodation related. Service with a smile always :)

Fantastic service. The shops right next to the train station making it convenient. Candy the shop owner really cares that her customers are happy and goes above and beyond. When we returned the I forgot some valuable in the bike and didn't realize till ichecled my bags on the train. I called Candy and she quickly found them and ran over to the train station to meet me. Definite life saver.

My scooter was perfect, everything worked and it was full of petrol (both not a common thing in Vietnam). Service is also good - I didn't have enough cash to pay the deposit, so they were fine with just half of it. Also, they didn't want my passport, which is always a plus. And they got my scooter themselves from my hostel when I departed, so I could get the bus.nnPaid 200.000 for 24h, which is a little bit expensive, but I definetely recommend it.

Very very nice service. Owners are very warm and friendly. Got pick up service when renting and after returning the motorcycles. Bikes are like new in very good condition. Highly recommend!

Best quality bike I have rented in Asia and a good price. Owner was very passionate and helpful, organising a pick up of the bike so I could take it to another city. Would definitely recommend
