Great service, bus driver and employees has nice attitude and very polite. Though like most coach bus they can be abit reckless driving. As i have seen when driving my bike on road trip.

This bus company is suprisingly friendly with well trained staff. They always have English speakers on hand, which is incredible. I recommend upgrading to one of the vip buses, very affordable for the leg room and privacy you get. I've been using them to go to places like Dalat from Saigon for years, it is just much easier travel than flying and about the same time spent.
