It's difficult to have a Nigerian staff attend to one. The locals barely understand our needs.

Do not intend that this embassy will be of any help to you if you are a Nigerian or dual citizenship holder. Visited this embassy today to have an ETC issued because my travel was booked to Vietnam and I was unable to apply at London embassy. The lady who attended to me hardly spoke English which I could understand and then you are taking to this back room which looks like a waiting room for a dog to wait inside. Despite applying for a passport in Uk and they said they had a 3 months wait to have a new passport issued but the money was already paid online. The lady never gave me her name or the name of her boss who never came out to speak to me personally. Why does nigeria ud83cuddf3ud83cuddec have an embassy in Vietnam when the consular officer refuse to do anything for any Nigerians. I will be official putting a complaint and the my recording sent to the high commission and to The ministry of foreign affairs in Nigeria. Total waste of Nigerians money to have officials in this country. Sad but your Nigerian diplomats abroad are corrupt and refuse to offer any assistance to Nigerian disporas living abroad
