The customers are crowded but the staff are few, the guests wait but the counters are closed and not in service. More need to improve service quality. An ATM cannot be used. Not satisfied at all

Vietcombank is always crowded. Every time I go to lun, that's the third queue. The feeling of losing too much time when going to transfer money. But anyway, I appreciate the staff. Service and support are very enthusiastic. All beautiful staff members.

Transaction know how much Vietcombank but the branch here is the most troubling. Customers come to trade, protect the passenger car but stand with 5-finger pointing to this side. Why is Vietcombank but only Here, when coming in, I also wear a hat, open a mask, and get a protection from the entrance ?????????????
