I wanted 300.000 vnd but it wanted to charge 45.450 vnd as a fee. So i said “NO” to ‘do you want to continue transaction?’ But it still continued the transaction and i paid a total of 345.450 to withdraw 300.000 vnd. Very frustrating.

Do not accept chip cards. Total for Russian cards is useless.
