We took the free shuttle bus provided by Futa Bus to the central bus station, awaiting at 7:30am in the hotel, the driver came at 8am, we finally arrived the bus station at 8:50am.nnIf I took Grab, it would just took me about 15mins to get there. :(nnI strong recommend to take taxi / grab to get here!

Bought bus tickets at our hotel, from Nha Trang to Dalat. Great to know, there was free pick up, from our hotel to the bus station. A clean and a small bus station. Asked for instruction from the ticketing staff and despite little English spoken, she directed us to where we should wait for our bus. Great and kind lady!!!nAnd finally, a clean bus to board into!!!

Central bus station with many buses going to different provinces. A bit far, but if you buy a ticket from one of the ticketing offices there is a shuttle van there brings you here. This is the right location for the central bus station!

Yesterday I booked futa bus online and paid by card. At the Nha Trang bus terminal said I did not pay. So I bought the ticket again. However, my card usage record shows that it has already been paid. I did not receive any booking emails from futa buses after booking, nor did I receive the booking code. For resevation, You have to register to their website. Otherwise you maybe pay twice. So I am asking the card company to cancel the approval.
