Fantastic, stunning views and super friendly staff! It's your Top choice in Luanda
Now when I write I stay in this hotel but honestly it can't have 4 stars ... the food is bad and little, the internet doesn't work well and the staff doesn't communicate well in English often asking something and the answer is different...I don't recommend it at all ... I think Palmeiras in Talatona is over the Presidente ... a bad move made by my company to live here
