Poor service (the employees know the products, they don't (should) sell them; in addition, the managing director is in no way accommodating when you respond to a problem) and inadequate repair and advice (my bike had been there for 2 weeks so that the chain - the allegedly the problem was - is exchanged; when picking up the bike the problem was by no means solved but still there); I am absolutely dissatisfied and will not go there anymore because I find service / advice / repair work a waste of time and money.

Thank you Heels on Wheels! Arrived spontaneously and unannounced with a flat rear tire and was rescued immediately and without great effort - the bike was ready to ride again about 15 minutes later. Great, will be back!
