slow and expensive. it took 2 days to change a bicycle tire (that I can do myself in 30 min) and cost 12EUR more than what they initially told us.
I particularly like that they try very hard to develop a techn. Fix problem immediately! The bike is only picked up stationary for larger work!
Took my bike for service. Since there was nothing to do, I was not charged. Bike was cleaned anyway. Good service!
I wanted a chain guard (only at the front of the pedal). the employee told me very unfriendly that they do not have it in stock and if they order the whole + assembly costs about 70-80 €. he then told me that he would not do it because I could buy a new bike straight away because mine was so old.
I was then at a bike shop nearby, where I got a chain guard and paid € 20 for it with assembly. (In addition, the employee told me that the bike is still in very good condition.)
