Today was with my mother on a spontaneous ice cream in Graz. We wanted to try out an ice cream parlor, which we had heard a lot of good things about but had never been there before. What surprised us less was that the ice cream (stracciadella, banana, coffee or berry yogurt - which by the way tasted really nice yogurty) tasted very, very tasty and authentic; but much more, how wonderfully friendly we were served. A lot of warmth, as you hardly know it anymore! In addition, there is the taste of ice itself, which relies less on dominant sweetness and artificiality - as is so often the case elsewhere. Instead, you get exactly what you imagine your strain to be. Berry yogurt tastes like tearing open a natural yoghurt and putting in blueberries - real berries, not "blueberry yogurt". Banana tastes of banana milk - but without being too sweet. Stracciadella has nice, delicate, bitter chocolate pieces. No super sweet milk chocolate from Milka! We would like to come again!
