Unfriendly waitress! Food wasn't worth the price. For these prices you get more quality elsewhere. Ready-made sauce where the skin is already forming on the surface etc ... Unfortunately not recommended.

For a festive occasion, we decided to make a reservation in the Löwenkeller, you can read good reviews in various reviews, or the restaurant was recommended to us by a good friend. The ambience with the vault and the beautiful decoration of course looks great, although some corners seem a bit old. The food was excellent and served quickly. A bit of a shame was that during our stay a group of drunk guests joined the restaurant, singing loudly and very pushy. We were not really spoiled by it, unfortunately from this point on the full concentration of the two waiters focused on this group. Our glasses had long been empty, and a gentleman at the next table also complained that he had been dry for a long time. Since we had a 5/5 star experience in a restaurant nearby a few months ago, we will probably stop there again the next time we visit Wels :)

We have been to the Löwenkeller several times. Is always worth a visit. Due to the often changing and unique menu as well as the very good service I can only recommend this restaurant. One of the best in Wels.
