Very good. I'm excited. Highly recommended. The doctor is a very good doctor. He is very responsive to his patients. No visit to the doctor is pleasant, but Dr. GMACH tries to make the treatment as painless as possible, , 100% further. I am absolutely satisfied. The new lady at the reception has a lot to learn. But otherwise she is nice. The doctor is one of the best dentists there is. The waiting time is different, that's the way it is. I'm staying with Doctor Gmach. Always helped me.

I can only agree, excellent dentist. I felt really well looked after and I am completely satisfied with the treatment. However, I would be happy to be able to make cashless payments with Bitcoin in the future.

Great Dentist! I was a patient for the first time today, called before and was immediately offered an appointment. The doctor took a lot of time and found the reason for my pain (on Saturday I went to another doctor who only had to postpone my mouthwash, but the pain remained) He always explained what he was doing and I felt very comfortable. I'm usually afraid of dentists, but before the next appointment with him, I don't worry anymore. The assistant was also very friendly and helpful :)

I haven't been there yet .. but the woman on the phone was very exhausting ... she couldn't answer my questions .. I ask if the later date was. She just said Well not, .. only from 4 p.m. .. I ask her again "where is the latest?" She comes at 3:30 p.m. .. Then I say "I would like to make an appointment" she asks me "Which appointment do you want to cancel" 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️ I just thought. Age your serious!?! ... I'll tell her then Go on Friday 6 pm .. she says Yes, ok come on Friday at 5 p.m. Tütsch and hangs up ... Please dear ordination, get someone who understands at least two sentences in German or can talk properly on the phone ..

The HR.Doktor is a very competent and sensitive dentist. Very friendly and with a smile on my face the whole time I was with him. I am an anxiety patient on a scale of 1-10, a 10. I felt that I was in very good hands with HR.Doktor. I look forward to seeing you again and coming treatments. I also found the lady who works at reception to be friendly. A clear recommendation for me.
